I registered for the TRCN exams 2 years ago,I have the receipt for payment but could not write the exams due to health issue after I was put to bed. Is the payment receipts still valid or I’ll need to re-register?

The exam for your batch has already been done so you’ll have to re-register to write with another batch.
Good day ma, I check my TRC online from my certificate number I was disappointed to find out that the council are yet to upgrade my qualification from NCE to Degree , I did my upgrading together with licence I. 2017 Jan 4th. Up till now I don’t receive any information about my licence , I also find out that under gender instead female( MALE ) was inserted . I equally change my name since with relevant documents base on their requirement , still nothing was done on it . Please ma, I will appreciate it if you can help me look into it and ratified it in time.
